When building mono on 64-bit Solaris 11/x86, the test-conc-hashtable test failed to link, both with and
without --without-sgen. In the latter case, I get the following:

  CCLD test-conc-hashtable
Undefined first referenced
 symbol in file
wapi_ref_thread_handle ../utils/.libs/libmonoutils.a(mono-threads-posix.o)

wapi_prepare_interrupt_thread ../utils/.libs/libmonoutils.a(mono-threads-posix.o)
mono_jit_info_table_find ../utils/.libs/libmonoutils.a(mono-threads.o)

wapi_self_interrupt ../utils/.libs/libmonoutils.a(mono-threads-posix.o)
ld: fatal: symbol referencing errors
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [test-conc-hashtable] Error 1

Those symbols can be resolved from either libmonosgen-2.0.la or libmonoboehm-2.0.la. Don't know what's the best
way to handle this.
