Description Mikayla Hutchinson [MSFT] 2012-02-01 13:17:31 UTC
MD copies support files (copy to output files, satellite files, etc) even for xbuild projects. This duplicates what xbuild does, and is possibly incorrect.

Unfortunately, due to the way that the virtual methods and handler objects are structured, this is almost impossible to do without breaking backwards compatibility.

I have a workaround, will land after we branch for 2.8.8.

It seems safe enough, pushed to master.
