Description MikeFayer 2012-01-31 13:14:41 UTC
Having code execute after an animation has completed is a very common task, and in Java its usually accomplished via Animation.SetAnimationListener(). C# doesn't have anonymous inner classes, which makes using these setListener methods rather awkward. It would be nice if the setListener method was supplemented with OnAnimEnd/OnAnimStart/OnAnimRepeat events.

This was due to our API design that only a "listener" interface that has exactly one method could be converted to an event.

In the upcoming version we will introduce new rule that covers multi-methods listener interfaces converted to events. There will be AnimationEnd, AnimationStart and AnimationRepeat events in Animation class.

Thanks for the feedback.

It seems that this change didn't go into the latest 4.1 release. It will be included in the *next* version. Sorry for possible confusion.
