Description Mathias 2012-01-31 05:19:15 UTC
When I let monodvelop generate a property (either via context menu->Refactor->Encapsulate field or via the code generation window) for a static field, the generated code is made for a non-static field.

If I have the field

private static string myString;

the generated code ist

public string MyString {
  get {
    return this.myString;

instead of

public static string MyString {
  get {
    return myString;
