The WebView.URL property can be null, while I would expect this property to be empty it shouldn't be null.

The WebView.Url property can be null because android.webkit.WebView.getUrl() can return null, and we're not translating the null string to an empty string (as that wouldn't be suitable 100% of the time, and we're trying not to manually fixup such things unless absolutely necessary).
