Could you attach the sample code to recreate the problem?

Sure. A simple line can reproduce the problem under C# shell

csharp> new System.Drawing.Bitmap("Test.png").Save("Test2.png");

I'm using the file Test.png already attached. The produced Test2.png contains random pixels values (aka. "garbage").

You can also look at the screenshot attached, for reference.
