Install iOS 9 beta. Run any monotouch app and it will crash. Some people have found cases where sqlite3.dll is missing however I see it in apps that don't use sqlite as well. 

If you are looking for a test case, GoneBananas doesn't use sqlite and crashes. The source for the version that's in the app store is available at:
