Somehow we are missing this.

Probably due to generics limitation or failed recursive generic argument resolution (bug).

I believe this was fixed awhile back, I see a "ConcurrentSkipListMap" in the most recent stable version of Xamarin.Android:

    [Register("java/util/concurrent/ConcurrentSkipListMap", DoNotGenerateAcw = true, ApiSince = 9)]

Version Information:

Xamarin.Android SDK

Thus marking this bug as RESOLVED FIXED for the time being as I was able to verify this is available.
