Title says it all. Please make sure the ListView reports scrolling as it happens. On iOS this should be able leverage the scrolled events from the underlying ScrollView.
+1 I'm getting bored of moving this code between my projects. It should certainly be part of the framework. Many people come from one platform background (i.e. ios or android) and this is NOT a trivial thing to learn how to do. Anyone new to forms would probably face a very steep learning curve (in terms of forms and the platform they're not familiar with) to be able to achieve such basic functionality.
+1 I don't want to deal with ItemsAppearing. Would love to see an event to see whether I'm scrolling up or down AND need a way to track scroll position.

I have the latest Xamarin Android packages but it seems this hasn't been implemented yet. Could someone please share a workaround for this?
