I am unable to develop android app in visual studio 2012 professional. First i have installed xamarin 5.9 then vs 2012 professional. i am unable to find android in create new project in vs 2012 professional. How can i solve it?
@Soumen did you installed the Xamarin Studio or Xamarin?
If you just installed the Xamarin Studio then you can not create the Android application using VS or XS. You have to installed xamarin(XVS) to create android application using XS/VS and iOS application using VS.
You can download the Xamarin Installer from xamarin.com and run it on your system to install the Xamarin Studio and Xamarin.
Please let us know if still you are facing the problem to create android application using VS.
Resolving as NoResponse.
