Description Aaron Sky 2015-05-13 15:45:41 UTC
I'm getting a build failure in xbuild command line that isn't happening in IDE. I am using a freshly created iOS template project with no changes other than the introduction of a new build configuration (AppStore|iPhone) and a change of bundle ID to one supported by my provisioning profiles.

The command I'm using is: xbuild /p:Configuration=AppStore /p:Platform=iPhone /target:Build /p:BuildIpa=true sdfghjkl.sln
Expected Result: The project builds
Actual Result: /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/iOS/Xamarin.iOS.Common.targets: error : Error executing task CollectITunesSourceFiles: Required property 'SessionId' not set.
				Build FAILED.

fixed
Comment 2 Aaron Sky 2015-05-13 17:54:27 UTC
I have been able to verify the fix in XI 8.10.0.277. The project builds as expected, the IPA is generated, and the iTunesMetadata.plist files are present if the flag isn't set and absent when the /p:IpaIncludeArtwork flag is set to false.
