In the iOS storyboard designer, a segue can only be directly clicked when it's in the 'actual size' zoom level. Even one 'plus' or 'minus' zoom means the segue can't be selected by a direct click.
---Steps to Reproduce---
1. Create a new project "C# -> iOS -> General -> Single View App"
2. Open the storyboard.
3. Add another view and use a segway to point to it.
4. While in 'actual size' zoom level, click the segue.
5. Zoom out and click the segue again.
6. Zoom in (further than actual size) and click the segue again.
Segue should be selectable by a click when zoomed in or out.
Segue is only selectable by a click when zoomed to 'Actual Size.'

I did notice that the segue is still selectable at other zoom levels if you select it by dragging a selection box, though if you zoom out several steps the segues stop being selected using this method as well. Not sure if that warrants a separate bug report; please let me know.
Attaching my sample & logs from reproducing the issue.
