Seems comment is private :(

We're solving issue with big IPA size (taking into account 100mb appstore
limitation) and found out that there is no difference in content of
.monotouch-32 and .monotouch-64 folders in IPA except for few bytes. This
duplication leads to ~6.5mb in IPA (can be even more for really big projects).

Seems those bytes are timestamps.

We've fixed this already, and the fix will be included in Xamarin.iOS 8.12.
