Description Joel Day 2015-04-23 16:52:15 UTC
This has the effect of causing TcpClient construction to throw an Access Denied exception when used in a sandboxed Mac application that does not have (nor I assume should actually require) the server entitlement.

Seen in system logs on creation of TcpClient using the parameterless constructor:
Apr 21 23:28:08 malkavian kernel[0]: Sandbox: Creepr(24416) deny network-bind *:0

A successful workaround has been to create a new implementation of TcpClient that has the Bind call removed in all cases except for when using the constructor that takes a local endpoint as the only argument.

It should be fixed in master
