One of our customers is facing issues with PullToRefresh in ListView

Can you let me know what is wrong with this sample? For some reason the list
never refreshes and the form refresh controls stays forever. I thought with
the latest version, I do not need to write any addition custom renderer.
This is the only class in the shared project and I created a Xamarin forms

The sample itself is incorrect. When the user performs the refresh gesture on the device, IsRefreshing will be set to true automatically, and since this is a TwoWay binding by default, it's setting IsBusy to true right away. This means that when the command executes, IsBusy is already true, so it returns and as a result can't be set back to false. Simply remove the IsBusy check and and it works as expected.
