For example, users should be able to put animations in Resources\Animations and we should change it to Resources\Anim for android.

My quick idea is, we can do this by adding some set of resource directory aliases and another build task that processes these alias before running aapt.
It might become somewhat complicated task if we don't process resources in the app directories at present. It needs some check.
