I have a ListView that takes half of the screen height.
If I have lets say 10 items in the ListView than the ListView is scrollable (not all items can fit in the screen so I have to scroll to see the rest) and in this case the Pull to refresh works as desired.
If I have only 2 items in the ListView so it's not scrollable (both items fits on the screen) then Pull to refresh is not triggered when trying to scroll.
This issue is only in WinPhone. In Android works fine...
I am having the exact same problem.
Root page is a tabbed page. Tab is a NavigationPage with a ContentPage containing a StackLayout with a ListView.
IsPullToRefreshEnabled is true on the ListView.
If the List doesn't have enough items to go past the bottom of the screen, touch controls don't activate the pull to refresh. No problem if there are enough items to fill the screen.
Only a problem on Windows. Works fine on iOS and Android.
WP8 is deprecated and as such this is being closed.
