Getting an SIGSEGV when executing the Monocatalog sample application

Screencast: http://screencast.com/t/4OvFTbMKs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the monocatalog sample app in MD
2. Run the application in the iPhone simulator through MD
3. Select the Address Book item
4. Click on the 'Select Contact' button
5. Click the 'Cancel' button

Actual Result:

Application crashes and get SIGSEGV (see attachment)

Expected Result:

User clicks cancel button and the view drops down to show the Select Contact view

Things to Note:

1. Once the application is deployed to the simulator...you can run it successfully in the simulator without it crashing (do not run from MD)
2. chrisntr said it was a GC and that the fix is to remove the using block around the ABPeoplePickerNavigationController object in the showPicker method in AddressBookController.xib.cs

Chris was right. The 'using' block will call Dispose before the Cancelled event is executed - which means the controller will be collected/freed when it's still needed.
