Using a switch to set the IsVisible property of controls using a binding to a view model, occasionally an element is not displayed when it should be.
## Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached test project and launch to an simulator or device.
2. The test Page (first tab) should be shown already. If not, tap the first tab to show the test page.
3. Repeatedly tap the switch control. This turns on and off the three elements below the switch.
Expected result: Every time the switch is toggled, the three controls below it should toggle on and of together, so all are shown or none are shown.
Actual result: Very occasionally, one of the controls is not shown when the switch is toggled to show the controls. I had to tap the switch control 20 to 30 times before I first saw the issue.
I tested this with Xamarin Forms 1.4.1-Pre1 and 1.4.1-Pre2.
Should be fixed in 1.4.3-pre3
I have checked this issue with X.F 188.8.131.5292 and its working fine at my end.
Hence closing this issue.
