When you use a navigation page and Navigation.PopToRootAsync () you see a white page slide off during the transition.

I have tried to reproduce this issue with the help of sample app given in comment 1 but not able to noticed that the white page slide off during the transition. I have checked this issue for both android and iOS app with Xamarin.Forms 188.8.131.5247-pre2.
Could you please provide a screencast that demonstrate this issue along with application output, device log and Ide log.
You can get Ide log via 'Help > Open Log Directory and get the latest Ide logs.
Device log via 'Xcode' in case of iOS and 'adb logcat' in case of android device.

The issue only happens on iOS and it's when you hit the home button you see a bit of white slide off the page. I'll upload a screencast shortly.

Any idea when this might be fixed? It makes the app seen like an HTML 5 app when you see that flash of white, which we'd prefer not to have when we launch the app.
