Description John Miller [MSFT] 2015-03-20 16:19:46 UTC

   Adding a TapGestureRecognizer to an Entry in XAML does not fire the Command binding.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Create a XAML layout and do something like this:

<Entry x:Name="llEntry">
<TapGestureRecognizer Command="{Binding EntryTapped}" />
</ Entry.GestureRecognizers>

Set the binding context of this page to something with a Command named `EntryTapped`.

**Actual Results:**

   No Command is fired when the Entry is touched

**Expected Results:**

   The Command should fire when the Entry is touched.

**Build Date & Platform:**

   XF 1.4
   iOS and Android

Sample Application

I have checked this issue and I am able to reproduce this issue.

Steps I followed:

1. Build and deployed attached project
2. Tab on Entry control.

When I deploy the application and tap on entry control, I observed that the EntryTapped event is not fired.
