Description Michael Rumpler 2015-03-20 09:27:03 UTC
My MainPage is a MasterDetailPage where both Master and Detail are NavigationPages on their own. But the action bar shows only the Detail page navigation on Android. I cannot navigate back in the Master.

On the phone I get the Master page with a swipe but the action bar stays the same.
On the tablet the Master page is always visible because I set MasterBehavior=Split. Swipe does nothing here.
On neither device (Nexus 10, Sony Xperia Z1 compact) can I navigate back in the Master anymore.

On iPhone and iPad this works as expected. I didn't test on WinPhone.

This is really just an unsupported scenario on Android. You can add your own button on the master that calls Navigation.PopAsync.
