Debug visualiser error
Comment 2 Dave Thomas 2015-03-11 12:19:34 UTC
With the following console test project:

[<EntryPoint>]
let main argv =
    let test = seq {yield! [42..50]}
    printfn "%A" test
    0 // return an integer exit code

If you place a break pointy at the line: printfn "%A" test, then the debug visualiser show the attached error.

Its actually the same error with a F# list too, which is also IEnumerable:

let test2 = [42..50]
Comment 4 Rajneesh Kumar 2015-03-13 12:03:54 UTC
I have checked this issue and able to reproduce this. To reproduce this issue I have followed the steps mentioned below:

1. Create a F# console application in XS.
2. Add code provided in comment 2 to Program.fs .
3. Set break point at line : printfn "%A" test
4. Run the application, breakpoint will hit.
5. Hover on test at line : let test = seq {yield! [42..50]}
6. Expend tool tip Go to test=> IEnumerator => Click 'Show details'
7. Observed that IEnumerable results in an error.
