your current version information, steps to reproduce, and relevant error
messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
Sometimes the build in VS block with an error, the next build work correctly.
xxx.AppAndroid.xxx.Fr and Global.AppAndroid.Core are 2 androids projects, the 1st reference the 2nd.

We have checked with android project and not getting this behavior. Could you please attach a small complete project that demonstrates this behavior?
Also can you please add the logs from the following places?:
IDE log: Location: C:\User\AppData\Local\Xamarin\Log\
(Devenev file with latest timestamp)
Android Trace log: Location: \AppData\Local\Xamarin\Log\XamarinAndroid
As we've introduced several improvements around the Android build system, I'll mark the bug as resolved fixed.
