MCS should give an error when compiling this example (using variable not initialized), but it does not.

public class App
	public static void Main ()
		string s;
		s.IndexOf (':');

I can confirm that this bug also afflicts Linux. I'm running Gentoo Linux amd64 with mono 2.10.2. 

The above code compiles perfectly with mcs, gmcs, and dmcs.
