Sample T4 code :

<#@ template language="C#v3.5" Debug="True" #>
<#@ output extension="C#" #>
<#@ import namespace="System" #>
<#@ import namespace="System.Collections.Generic" #>

    var data = new Dictionary<string, List<string>>();
    List<string> child = new List<string>();
    data.Add("A", child);
<# for(int i = 0; i < 1; i++) { #>
    <# foreach(var kv in data) { #>
        [parent] kv.Key
            <# foreach(string c in kv.Value) { #>
                <# if(c == "A2" || c == "A3" || c == "A5") continue; #>
                [child] <#= c #>
            <# } #>
    <# } #>
<# } #>

Output is :
            [parent] kv.Key
                                            [child] A1
                                                                            [child] A4
                                                            [child] A6
                                            [child] A7

This indentation result get worst in my real data, where some item get indented too much.
