The specific issue is that the regex:
Does not match ">= 0" in mono but does match on .NET

We don't have a maintainer for the regex code, so this might take a while to get fixed.

Hi, can you point me in the general direction of the affected code? I need this bug fixed and can get a patch for you.

The regular expression code is in the mcs/class/System/System.Text.RegularExpressions directory.  Its pretty complex code.

We are using now reference source code so this issue should be fixed. Pleas reopen if you can still repro it with Mono 4.4
