When you have a ProjA, ProjB, Common, SlnA.sln and SlnB.sln and SlnA references ProjA & Common and SlnB references ProjB & Common and you run xbuild for SlnA to output to a folder called /A it copies ProjA.dll and Common.dll. When you run xbuild to output to a folder called /B it copies ProjB.dll and Common.dll but removes Common.dll from the /A folder.

This issue seems to only happen when using absolute pathing for the output directory. If relative paths are used, this does not happen.
