Deploying a new iOS Unified template project with "Debugging Enabled" not selected gives message to disable Debugging. It seems what is shown in the GUI is different than what is actually set. Selecting "Enable Debugging" allows the app to launch as expected, although a message in the status bar says "Launching application for debugging" and I see debug output in the Output pane, so it seems that with Enable Debugging NOT set that debugging is indeed enabled... however a breakpoint was not hit.
I see the same behavior on both device and simulator.
## Steps to reproduce.
1. Open Visual Studio 2013 and create a new iOS Universal Unified template app project.
2. Switch to Release configuration.
3. Make sure that "Enable Debugging" is NOT selected in the Project options for the Release | Platform configuration in use.
4. Deploy the app.
Expected result: app will deploy and launch.
Actual Result: message shown saying not to enable debugging in a release build and app is not launched.
As noted, selecting the "Enable Debugging" check box allows the app to deploy, and console output is noted in the debug output window, but breakpoints are not hit.
I was also experiencing this bug both with a the above newly created template app and the customer's project that brought this issue to my attention.

W.r.t this issue I have observed that similar issue was reported previously as well Bug 13385. And in that issue it was mentioned that in order to make the application working in Release Configuration, user have to click on the
Debug >> Start Without Debugging
And by doing this the application will successfully deploy to device/simulator.
However, a different issue was reported Bug 13389 stating that "'Start without debugging' should be the default deployment method in release configuration". Which still needs to be worked upon.
Hence, as of now I am marking this issue as Resolved - Feature
As presently, this is the working behavior of the application.
And as soon as the bug 13389 gets resolved, then this issue can also be closed.
