Our work arounds for missing bindings.

Attached is a copy of our work arounds for missing methods in the mono touch iOS bindings. In reviewing our code for the migration to unified we realized we were still using them and you have not added them yet. 

At your earliest convince please update the bindings.

The last one for MapKit.IMKAnnotation we have discovered that GetAnnotation can be called from a non-ui thread.

[Added] NSManagedObjectContext.ExistingObjectWithID 
[Added] NSDate.compare
[Added] NSSet.filteredSetUsingPredicate

These were already present:
* NSManagedObjectContext.ExecuteFetchRequest
* NSSet.AllObjects, it exists as NSSet.ToArray<T>


NSFetchRequest.SetPropertiesToFetch: We bind this one according to the documentation which takes an array of NSPropertyDescription, not an array of strings.   Can you share somewhere that Apple suggests that the value might be an array of strings?
