Warning dialog for unsigned MSI
Xamarin.VisualStudio_3.9.340.msi is not digitally signed.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Download the Windows Xamarin 3.9.340 installer.
2. Attempt to run the installer on a Windows system that has warnings about unsigned installers enabled.
Windows warns that the installer is not digitally signed (see also attached image):
> Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher
> to make changes to this computer?
> Publisher: Unknown
If you open the file properties, the "Digital Signatures" tab does _not_ appear (see also the image attached to the next comment). The "Digital Signatures" _does_ appear for signed installers.
