Mmmmmmmm... Xaml. :)

** NOTE: I am not sure which Component to put this under, as it really is in the template installed w/ Xamarin for Visual Studion **

Currently when a Xamarin.Forms Portable Blank app is created, code that should be markup is used to create the application's main page.  This is improper guidance and leads developers to believe they should be using code where Xaml is the preferred/better solution.

I have attached the files that should replace App.cs in the template.

I would also like to kindly suggest considering making this and other areas of Xamarin.Forms open source so the community can help with these types of issues.

I have checked this issue and also observing the same behavior, hence I am marking this issue as an enhancement and setting its status to Confirmed.
