Sample Reproduction App

See attached reproduction sample for testing this bug.

Description of issue:
TabbedPage's OnDisappearing is not fired when a Back button is pressed, but it does fire when swiping or navigating forward.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Launch sample app from debugger.
2) Tap "Go To MyTabbedPage".
3) Tap "Back".
4) Notice Application Output does NOT log "MyTabbedPage disappeared!".
5) Repeat step 2.
6) This time, swipe from left to go back.
7) Notice Application Output DOES log "MyTabbedPage disappeared!".
8) Repeat step 2.
9) Tap "Go To Other side of TabbedPage".
10) Notice Application Output DOES log "MyTabbedPage disappeared!".

While examining Assembly Browser, my initial thoughts are that the internal method "SendDisappearing" in the MultiPage<T> class is not being called.
