Description leankitryan 2015-02-03 14:13:42 UTC
Xamarin Studio 5.7 introduced the ability to search the "Application Output" window. This feature only appears to work for me when application output is docked.

Dock application output, press cmd+F, search bar appears in the top of application output. In this instance, Search > Find is available in the menu bar.

Undock application output, select it as the current pad, click inside the pad to set focus, press cmd+F, no search bar appears. In this instance, Search > Find is not available in the menu bar.

Seems to be a command handler problem.

This is a general issue (for example cut/copy/paste doesn't work in the solution explorer in floated state.

@lluis: do you know an easy solution for that ?

I fixed this via 783004c90044f47af969361e7eea6bfe90b70b1e. This has shipped with 6.0
