Test case

The issue is that in IOS the webview can be dragged to the left and reveal the extra black space. You
can even see this when you change the orientation to landscape.

The attached sample uses the latest XF 1.3.3 - pre1 but this issue exists
prior to this. I have tested this on XF 1.3.2-pre2 and pre3

This issue does not happen in Android.

I have checked this issue and able to reproduce this issue with the help of bug description and getting same behaviour.

Screencast: http://www.screencast.com/t/naCINdVLvB
Ide log : https://gist.github.com/Arpit360/80ea29a13f6bbefe57fe

Note : As per my observation, this is an intermittent issue getting only 3 times out of 10. I am observing this behaviour in very first time on deploying the application.

Shows the webview swipe problem still happening

The attached zip shows the problem still happening with Xamarin Forms 1.4.2. The key thing I've identified is the reference to a style sheet in the HTML. Having the reference there, even if the style sheet doesn't exist or is an empty file, causes the black area when swiping. If the <link rel...> tag is removed from the HTML, the problem seems to go away.

I don't understand why this is sitting in a fixed state when I submitted a zip showing the problem still exists almost 2 months ago. Is anyone looking into this?

Few Notes:

Additional viewport fixes the width problem
Custom Renderer for rotation fixes
(optional) CSS for full height fixes
