Test case

Cells with a ContextActions do not get recycled on iOS using forms 1.3.2-pre3, when we scroll the listview it displays the blank row items.

In the attached testcase, comment out line 10 in SampleCell.cs to switch between ContextActions and none
- When there are ContextActions, the cell's content will be blank as it scrolls
- When there are NO ContextActions, the cells content will be visible

I have check this issue with the help of sample Application attached in Bug description and able to reproduce the reported behavior.
I run this application using forms 1.3.2-pre3, I saw that when I commented ContextActions in SampleCell.cs file. cell's content will be blank and when I uncommented it the cell's content will be visible.
