Visual Studio Utimate 2013 12.0.31101.00 Update 4
I have different solution configurations: Debug, Debug-Staging, Debug-Production.
When I try to start profile android project with Debug-Staging or Debug-Production configuration I receive message:
«Profiling is not supported for this build configuration. You can enable both profiling and debugging for this build by checking "Enable developer instrumentation" in Project Build Options»
But I have this option ON in all configuration. I have tried to switch this option off. Then profiler offers to switch it on. Then I receive message «Profiling is not supported…» again.
With Debug Configuration everything works fine. Debug's PropertyGroup node from Android project file is identical with Debug-Staging except
<DefineConstants>TRACE;DEBUG;LOCAL</DefineConstants> for Debug
<DefineConstants>TRACE;DEBUG;STAGING</DefineConstants> for Debug-Staging
Can you paste the <Mtouch*> elements of the csproj file of the startup project?
Disregard my above comment, this is Android we're talking about. I'll come back with a response in a bit.
Fixed in master.
