Jatin, why didn't you put this on the XI 8.6.1 or XVS 3.9.1 milestone?
I have been able the steps below, and initially logged out of Xamarin Studio (cleared the license) and then launching the build host and signing in the build host presents the following error: Unhandled Activation Error is presented.
1. Logout of Xamarin Studio
2. Open the Build host (XI 220.127.116.11)
3. It asks for the Account activation
4. Login using the valid account credentials
5. Observe that an exception appears.

Re: comment 1, sorry Jatin. I see you did initially place it on the milestone, and it was removed when Rolf moved the bug. Starting a conversation with Kzu/Sebastien to try to figure out a way to report issues for the iOS build host in the iOS product.
I have checked this issue using X.iOS 18.104.22.168 and this issue is working fine now i.e. we are able to login in xamarin.iOS build host with valid credentials as shown in screencast : http://www.screencast.com/t/g2ZbUmB1
X.iOS : monotouch-22.214.171.124_3b3ef438017c7ecf486defa9e01567a5f2b3cb2a.
Hence closing this issue.
