I'm downloading Xamarin 3.9.236 but there aren't any release notes.  I've seen this even with stable version sometimes.  It would be a big help if each release had release notes no matter how trivial.

Same thing with the latest stable at 3.9.289.  I don't see any release notes for these two versions.

Lists the latest stable as 4.8 and it should be 4.20 (which also is not at the latest version).

This is even more critical now that the release notes are LINKED to in the blog post.  Typically they refer to documentation that doesn't exist yet which is frustrating when trying to evaluate beta releases.
