A set of three NUnit tests demonstrating the issue.

When using HMACSHA512, various testvectors give the wrong result when the Key property setter is used with Keys > 128 bytes, but only when running the Mono framework on Mac OS X. The same code on Windows works fine.

Using the constructor overload which takes a key, it also works fine in both environments.
