Use Xamarin.Forms
In WindowsPhone, an exception occurs in ScrollTo of ListView.
Even is the same

public class App {
    public static Page GetMainPage() {
        return new MyPage();

class MyPage : ContentPage{
    public MyPage() {

        var ar = new ObservableCollection<String>();
        foreach (var i in Enumerable.Range(0, 50)) {
        var listView = new ListView {
            ItemsSource = ar

        var button = new Button {
            Text = "OK"
        button.Clicked += (sender, args) => {

            Task.Run(() => Device.BeginInvokeOnMainThread(() => {
                listView.ScrollTo(ar[10], ScrollToPosition.Start, false);

        Content = new StackLayout {
            Padding = new Thickness(0, Device.OnPlatform(20, 0, 0), 0, 0),
            Children = { button, listView }

I have checked this issue with following builds:

Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2013
Version 12.0.30723.00 Update 3
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.5.51641
Installed Version: Professional
Xamarin (d6a2cae)
Xamarin.Android (49a04b966feb40dfdba49d57ba16249b66d606a6)
Xamarin.iOS (eb24bdcf5cba2c12b673a07e0a8cce368b9563b3)
Xamarin.iOS Unified Migration   1.0

To verify this issue I have used the attached project which implements the code mentioned in bug description. When I press the OK button I observed the visibility of first element of list is set to false. Application is working fine without any error or exception.
