Open an ios classic project and add image catalogs. In info.plist you should have:


Then update the CFBundleVersion string using the project properties panel.
Reopen the info.plist file, the XSLaunchImageAssets and XSAppIconAssets keys have been removed.

They should not ...

We have tried to reproduce this issue but not able to reproduce this. Please refer the screencast http://www.screencast.com/t/8LdEr0N1TO and let us know if we missed anything.

Please provide your complete build info and Zip Xamarin Logs, so that we can reproduce this issue at our end.
