The parsing of generic type arguments specified by x:TypeArguments is too primitive, it does not respect parenthesis's for nested type arguments as documented in MSDN [1]:
"If the generic constraints themselves use generic types, the nested constraint type arguments can be contained by parentheses ()."

Should be fixed in 1.4.3 final
