Simple WSDL that fails

Mono wsdl tool throws an exception while parsing WSDL in case an element with same name is found in another complexType. Exception is thrown if 1) elements with the same name have different types, and 2) element is not the first in the sequence.

Microsoft wsdl.exe parses wsdl without any errors. Version:
Microsoft (R) Web Services Description Language Utility
[Microsoft (R) .NET Framework, Version 2.0.50727.3038]

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Download attached ping.wsdl file
Execute "wsdl ping.wsdl"
Actual Results:
Web Services Description Language Utility
Mono Framework v2.0.50727.1433

Seems like it's same bug as described in:
Comment 1 Zoltan Varga 2011-12-16 03:43:32 UTC
-> web services.
Comment 2 valeriy.pikulskiy 2011-12-16 03:45:59 UTC
wsdl tool fails only for WSDL with "document literal" binding style, for RPC encoding it works as expected.
