Add support to use Cocosharp in the same way as monogame is available.

Currently there is a CocosSharp addin you can install using the addin manager:

This addin provides a set of project and file templates.

Looking at the MonoGame addin it provides a set of templates and other things such as extra build options.

What features were you interested in seeing in the CocosSharp addin?
