If you pin a watch variable tooltip, it ends up being pinned 1 line below the variable.

This *might* not actually be a bug, but Michael and I suspect that it is because clicking the gears icon adds a watchpoint in the line below the variable.

Maybe that's per-design (to wait until after the variable gets set or whatever), but more likely it is a 1-off bug in calculating the line #.
