Description Joseph Hanna 2014-11-30 22:15:29 UTC
Description of Problem:
The indicators for supported orientations in the project property editor (gui) are not clear as to whether they are activated or not. If the monitor is not exactly true-to-colour, I find it impossible to see if the orientation is selected or not.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the project properties editor and go to iOS Application and Support Device Orientations.
2. Click on the various orientations. Is it on or off?

Actual Results:
Ambiguous UI. Is it on or off? Does the whiter background mean it is selected or does the gray background mean it is selected? Sometimes on dodgy monitors, I can hardly see the difference.

Expected Results:
A clear method of identifying whether the supported orientation is selected or not.

Is it possible to have a subtle (1px wide) coloured border around the selected orientations (maybe the same blue used on checkboxes when they are selected?)

How often does this happen?
Everytime

Additional Information:

Thanks

Already fixed in 5.7
Comment 3 narayanp 2014-12-04 12:29:27 UTC
I have checked this issue and now we are getting type of orientations with checkboxes instead of Device image in 'Device Orientations' section, now this is working fine and selected and not selected functionality is clearly differentiated.

Screencast: http://www.screencast.com/t/oNLoolTkL

Hence, I am closing this issue.
