PNG which causes libgdiplus to crash

Attempting to load the attached PNG file causes libgdiplus to crash on Ubuntu 14.04

Standard image from file load; I can stick up a quick test case app if you need it.

Ubuntu bug in OpenBVE package (Where the file came from):

I've created a temporary fix in terms of compiling a newer version of the app and redoing the PNG files, but this probably should be fixed in the Mono trunk.

(First crashed in the Ubuntu version of Mono, I then tried the main trunk repository to see if it was a Ubuntu specific bug)
