When override GetRowHeight on NSTableViewSource with the unified API.

It causes all the cells to disappear. ( I think all cells at point 0.0 ? )

See Examples Classic and Unified Api

This has been fixed internally already (the GetRowHeight method is still using 'int' instead of 'nint' in your sample).

I believe it'll be in Alpha by early December.
