NOTE: I only tested this on iOS.

<StackLayout IsEnabled="false">

    <Button Text="Is Should Be Disabled"
            Clicked="OnClicked" />

The <Button> is clickable even though its parent is disabled.

We have checked this issue and able to reproduce it with the help of bug description.

We have tried following steps to reproduce this issue.

1. Create a Xamarin forms application.
2. Add a class(XAML) MyPgae.Xaml.
3. Implement code in Mypage.xaml

	<StackLayout IsEnabled="false">

    <Button Text="Is Should Be Disabled"
            Clicked="OnButtonClicked" />

4. Implement code in MyPage.Xaml.cs

    int count = 0;

		public MyPage ()
			InitializeComponent ();

		public void OnButtonClicked(object sender, EventArgs args)

			((Button)sender).Text =
				String.Format("{ 0} click{ 1}!", count, count == 1 ? "" : "s");

5. Set android as Startup project.
6. Run the application.
7. Set iOS as startup project.
8. Run the application.

We observed that children control enabled when parent is disabled as mention in above code and we are getting same behavior on android and iOS.

IsEnabled does not inherit in this manner.
